About Us

Quality and Innovative Software Consultancy (QISC) provides CRM related services to the not-for-profit sector. We serve the entire Asia-Pacific, onsite or remotely—so you get support whenever and wherever you need it.

We specialise in The Raisers Edge, ThankQ and Crystal Reports, but we're vendor neutral. We help our clients use those systems not only to to maximise fundraising income, but to simplify business processes and reduce risk.

We combine our technical knowledge of CRM systems with deep knowledge of the not-for-profit sector. Our team members have worked with over a hundred not-for-profits: small local charities, major global NGOs, and everything in between. We know your needs, and can quickly adapt your CRM to meet them.

We're a small, agile team, so we don't have the overheads of the big CRM multinationals. We pass our savings on to you, the client.
